Lightbulb TIPS: Accept Call from Certain Number

Sometime we want to have privacy and only want to accept certain people to call. SE phone have a function to accept certain call.

    Hit Settings> Calls>manage Calls>Accept Calls

Here u can choose to accept call from all callers, only from list and none.

If u choose Only From List click Edit to add new number (phone only accept call from this number, for other number the phone will send busy tone). U also can accept Groups contacts (but u need to create Groups contacts first). To create Groups contacts hit Contacts>Options>Groups.

    Nice day....:)

This is a very cumbersome procedure. Best way is the "whitelist to blacklist patch" This patch will all numbers in the above list into blacklisted. The moment you get a call from these numbers, they will be sent busy tones. I am using this patch and I thank the originator of this patch, whoever he may be. Indeed very useful.

Copy the code below to and paste it into a new text file. change the extension to .vkp. add it in the misc section of setool lite. press write script. it will ask press yes for remove and no to apply. press no. and you are done. from now onwards for whatever number you put in the list, you fone will be "busy". By the way, when you add the number into the list, the current profile will get affected. Suppose if you connect your handfree to the fone, the profile gets changed and the black list will not be now appicable. If you want the balck list on this profile also again you will have to add your number in the balck list and your handsfree profile gets updated. This is true of other profiles.

    ; Whitelist to blacklist
; Go to Your phone menu: Settings->Calls->Manage Calls->Accept Calls->Only From List
; From now on, for all numbers from this list Your phone will be "busy"
