K800i Dead

Hi I am new to this kind of thing, but I was flashing (debranding) my k800 using XS++ and it hung for a very long period. I eventually disconnected the phone and now it is completely dead, no red lights flashing nothing. When I try XS++ and insert cable using 2+5 hold down and cable insert i get
Port Status active
baseband ID: 9900
Hardware platform: db2020
Protocol version: 3.1

and thats it,

Any help or suggestions to get my phone running again would be greatly appreciated.

Start xs++, start phone in flash mode and flash main,fs,and custom.
How was yours battery before flashing?

Battery was fully charged at the time it all went wrong. I had tried ur suggestion prior to posting the help, connecting via hold C or 2+5 process but neither option does not seem to work. Hence I can't even start the re-flashing process....

if it will doesn't work, try to flash new EROM. Download latest Wotan Client, attach phon with hold 2 and 5 keys and the phone will turn on ;)

Hi, This worked THANK YOU very much. Now it is fully debranded but although deranded it is still asking for old sim card (Orange network) You don't know if the K800 can be unloacked to allow any sim card do you?

Sorry what do you mean 'not Custom' If you mean cutom flash then no, what are the benefits to this process and how do you do it?

I thought if it can be bought as a remote fix online then we must have the internal knowledge within this forum to crack the problem directly, or is it not that simple? Why can we not do it?

hold down C not 2+5 and flash try to flash it again

charge battery, connect the phone to xs using c key. then wait some time. my friends k310 was dead and you had to wait some time (about 1 min.) for xs to recognize it
