Thanks for the answer, but my problem is that my provider seems to block the firmware updates. I can´t install any via SEUS because it still tells me no update available. It seems as if I´ve got to wait a while.

I don't think that your internet or GSM provider block the firmware updates. They do not have the right to do it!
If try to update by SEUS or by other software don't forget to remove your SIM card from your phone and follow the steps ecactly as told.
