As the goalposts have moved (on 22/10/07), I assume that the new 2 months will apply to those that send their download request email after the date of the new rule, otherwise, those who have done everything to comply with the old rules would quite rightly feel agrieved. I think it only right that those who have made an effort should not have those rewards stolen from under their noses. - I say respectfully, that is what I think.

yeah i wasn't lucky, i signed in on 23/9/2007, so i have to wait another month
