yes it is possible...if you dont have them right now that means your phone is branded so you will need to debrand your mobile first..

and for new flash menus search the forum there is a tutorial on how to upload flash menus..

If it's debranded, why do you need to flash it? Just upload the flash files using farmanger. Search for the tutorials, there are tons.

usually i debrand my phone using a edited customize.xml and doing a full reset after it allowed me to set mp3 ringtones n suppress camera sounds but it didn't allow me to enable flash menus

you must put flash menu in correct place and then put a correct theme file for it
