Since M3 is kinda slow...I use imtoo 3gp converter...has a lot of settings...a lot of formats including mp4 and, of course, 3gp.

I've read many posts saying the M3 is the best. it uses SE specs for converting video and audio. so, at least in theory it shout provide the best results. I tried to convert a 700mb movie and it said it will take 1h.
