Newbie flash user - w580i

I am haven a issue with the wotanclient i have baught a credit to unbrand my att w580i.

and i read the guide but hit a unknown snag

so i preped the phone by taken out the sim and memory card and battery. like the guide told me.

ran wotanclient pressed start and asked me to plug in my phone via usb.

put back in the battery pluged in the usb, held down the "C" button {nothen}

(side note)
when pluging in the Se w580i window's wizard driver pops up looken for drivers for the unknown device. is this the issue? if so how do i fix it and if i fix it could i continue with my unbranding?

excuse me mates..i have flashed my 770 with xs++ v. 3.1 and no problems..but i can't upload flash .swf files in it!
i've reed to use FSX included in xs++, but i can't understand if i 've to upload custom files and then press the "flash button" to upload, or if i've to use directly FSX and then, when the FSX shows the FS structure, move the files into the folders..

could anyone help me?

all files U wanna upload with XS++ have to be in "files_to_upload" folder.
SWF files have to be in: "files_to_upload\tpa\present\system\desktop\fl ash" folder (create folder in folder with that names)
thm files have to be in "files_to_upload\tpa\user\theme" folder (same as before, create folder in folder with those namings)

thx oggy, but i don't understand if these folders have to be on my pc or i have to create them into my SE with FSX explorer

ok, done! but 1 question: the .swf and the .thm files have to be always in the phone memory (they keep space!!) or it's possible to upload them into the m2 card?
