I saw a video on youtube where K850 was tuned with new flash menus, new turn on/off logo and new font. How they did this?

On youtube it's a while that some video shows flash menues, but i think they are those of unbranded versions. U can find alot of videos of w910i with flash menues, but they are of original\embedded\unbranded phones: this movies show eclipse, soundscape and other original menues...nothing more.
Or u see something new?
