First you have to copy the file from phone using far manager.this will copy 0byte file to pc.
then you have to download xml generator and create a xml file. Now run the xml generator, enter the path of file which you want to copy(like TPA/PRESET/CUSTOM/(use capital letters)) in source field and in destination enter usb/others/(not sure if it should be capital,i think small letters can work here)
press "select files that will be copied to the phone" then select all ur 0 byte files that u copied off with far
    now press "Generate XML source"
name the file customize_upgrade.xml if you want to copy file from tpa dir and place it in tpa/preset/custom,if you want to copy files from ifs dir then name it default_upgrade.xml and place in default dir (i don't remember the exact path, it should be in ifs dir or deeper dir's,search for this, you will be able to find it )
After that shutdown the far manager and restart the phone
after phone is started please wait message will be appeared, which will copy the files from the internal filesystem of the phone to others folder on the memory stick
Copy the file from M S to pc and enjoy!!!
