did you use the k810 keys patch before you flashed the k800 with k810 firmware?
if not, then try following the guide in esato forum about converting k800 to k810. maybe you missed some steps while flashing it.

Whats that? I flash my k800 with k180 firm without any patc and it work perfectly.
