Even I also wanted the same. There is a sticky in the tutorial section which contain one guide which is not comprehensive. This guide is very comprehensive. At places the English is not good:D which I think because of some Russian guys originated this guide. But one can understand. If the moderators feel, this may be made a sticky too:)
