w580i RED CID52

I follow all of the WotanServer instructions for flashing via the latest version of WotanClient to the letter, and every single time i try to flash, it stops after the integritycheck and says MAIN:FAILED

it's an AT&T branded w580i EROM RED CID52, and i'm trying to flash the R6bC002_RED52 Generic Americia_1 firmware. I've tried Generic Trade Americia_1 and still the same result.

I'm holding down the "C" button before i plug in the USB cable, although they say it might be the a different button. Can any successful flashers of w580i's confirm that the "C" is correct for this model?

what could i be doing wrong? I've sent Wotan a complete copy of my debuginfo log with roughly 11 failed attempts. Any ideas?

W580 is holding down the "C" button, thou i don't use wotanserver and i'm not sure of your other problems.

also you might wanna use SETool2 lite if you're just flashing not unlocking.

yeah, that's what i did. Held down the "C" button. I downloaded the firmware file directly from wotan's servers...the problem with using another tool to flash the phone is that their firmware is encrypted and only works with their software. i'm still waiting for wotan to reply to my trouble tickets, but i just wish i had some idea of what might be wrong. thier knowledge base is only useful for telling you "yes it will work with your phone" there's literally no troubleshooting information anywhere other than this forum...

can't tell what might be the exact problem from the limited info you've provided.
try to load up the log file and someone might be able to figure out from the log file.

I've changed the IMEI from 011XXXXXXXXXXX to 12345678912345
