Need help unlocking W300i

hi i have a w300i and its locked to one carrier (Digicel) whenever i put in a next sim from a different network it gonna say "please insert sim card"...how do i go about unlocking this phone to work on a next network?need help....i know flashing the phone wouldnt solve anything.............:confused:

he can do it for free with dcu60 cable, setool lite and a vkp patch
so dude, you have to flash a R4EA031 generic firmware in your phone and then
use this to patch (with setool lite and dcu60 cable) to UNLOCK your w300i phone for free:

can U Please explaine how to use the batch file with setool

save the text with the patch in a text file with .vkp extension
select your model form the list, put the vkp file at MISC
press write script
chose NO when you are asked.

u don't need to flash anythinh heres the R9 unlock patch this is the correct 1 for ur phone (attached).

1. get setool2 lite 1.08
2. select w300i from the drop down list
3. put the attached .vkp file in the MISC files box
4. press write script and now remove & reinsurt battery and connect ur phone holding down C
5. now just follow the instructions given by setool
