Unhappy HELP! I screwed up my camera driver with FAR manager

I was trying to overwrite my original camera driver with the version 8.54 using FAR manager over DCU-60 cable.
    I have a SE K750 R1CA021 RED with CID36.
The overwriting progress has stopped at 97% and I had to unplug the phone.
After this, I was unable to write any file completely into the /ifs/settings/camera folder, no matter how many times I tried. My phone starts, but there's no camera function. It just lights up the LED at the cam button when I press it.
Please help me, what should I do now to get my camera back?

Have u try to delete the old one, then copy the new one ? If this doesnt work, reflashing your FS.

Delete your old camera driver and put new one. It should solve the problem...
