@ Kattya, hi kat, I updated the post with a link for the softwares. - but if you are unsure of what to then I suggest you ask lots and lots of questions before you attempt it. Rather you been a pain in the butt to others that lose a phone somehow... :S Btw, this report is for W580i as I stressed and I notice on your avatar a different phone.. and like putty182 and others say, you will most likely require reflashing the phones whole OS.
