i can't successful with far and my k600 also, far can't access it's fs

As far is I know, you cannot use FAR on CID49 phones. There is, however, a package called "CID49_package_by_den_po" that should enable FAR to work with CID49, but I doubt this is possible. FAR manager works with CID36 phones and only with those specified by FAR.
The next and even more important point is, you cannot use XS++ to finalize your phone!!!! This was told me by gdbrooks, one of the lead developers of XS++. May be in one of the post 3.0 versions of XS++ this will be possible, but not now. However, what is possible is, that you flash your phone with XS++ and then use FAR to finalize it. But notice, you need a service cable for finalization because FAR writes into address areas of your phone that can only be written if the phone detects a service cable.
Sorry for not having better news for you.
I think the best way to flash K600 is to use setool2.
