I don't know someone personally that unbranded a K770. But it shouldn't be a problem. Just flash generic firmware to your phone.
The only firmware suitable for you is R8AA018, because the other one is branded.

Update the main firmware to CID52 on SEUS and then flash a CID52 generic firmware with SETool2Lite or XS++ 2.2.

There are some here, but not all. You also need their cuspack as well.

Have a look at the languages description to find out wether this is the firmware you need. You can find it on the mainsite.
Regarding the warranty: Well, you void your warranty as soon as you flash different firmware to your phone but the service centers usually don't find out if you flash the original firmware back to the phone.

Carfreak: You can also connect the phone to XS++, maybe it will ask you if you want to upgrade to CID52. There's a script you can use with XS++ to upgrade. If your phone has been upgraded before you can't upgrade it another time.

Why XS++ 2.2 it lacks CDA for k550?

Kris18: Now that's a really misplaced question...Be pleased about the fact that the XS++ team already embedded so many custpacks into the program instead of asking silly questions. Other flashing soft like SE Tool hasn't got any custpack embedded.

R8AA018_RED52 is already preistalled on my phone (branded phone) - the same firmware you offer here (as unbranded)... so the brand is only in the custom files???
