    i have w810i handset & i want to increase my ringtone volume capacity,which models custom pack can be used to increase the same, if it there in XS++ pack should & i have customised to custom pack available in XS++, should i need to again follow step 4,5 and so on...pls guide me....

    i have a problem
    it seems i cannot connect my v630i to the xs++
    i took out the SIM card and the memory card, started xs++ i when i hit connect i press and hold the C key and plugg the phone in and then i wait for it to connect, but it says it cannot connect

    i get this message:

    21:53:25| Attempting to open the interface...

    21:53:25|

    21:53:25| TURN OFF PHONE!

    21:53:25| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone NOW.

    21:53:25| You have 30 seconds...

    21:53:25|

    21:53:55| Error: Cannot open phone communication port

    21:53:57| Disconnected... Unplug the phone

    what is wrong with it? why cant i connect?
    please someone answer me

    just to update the last message
    i did flashing before a little bit
    i changed menu icons on my k610i when i had it and that worked
    i dont know why it wont connect now -.-

    Change USB port and reinstall flash drivers. Then try to connect again
