You can't unlock phones with DB2020 phones for free.

why is this thread still being used?
the title says 2.x, and clearly XS++ is now 3.1

db2010 phones have been unlockable for a while...for free though, I only know of a few phones (because I've only used a few of the models, so I have no reason to learn about other phone models), but for example, w810i cid49 db2010 can be unlocked for free via vkp patching

but if you're really adamant about unlocking, just pay the fee for unlock credits with an unlocking service
