W600i with "CONFIGURATION ERROR - CONTACT DIALER"

HI i'm new italian users.:p
My W600 was WSOD but with SEUS sony update i've fix it !!!!
Now phone start up and when select "start phone" display show the next error advice:
CONFIGURATION ERROR - CONTACT DIALER

what can i do ???
i've read about finalize it but i don't know how and where find the files !!!
HELP ME !!!:(

i hade the same problem with my phone.first i didn't put the finish file and when i started the phone it said: Configuration error.contact service provider.The second time i did that and it workes.I must say my firmware is generic.Now i'm trying to find the original firmware,i don't realy like this firmware.Good luck!
