W600i with "CONFIGURATION ERROR - CONTACT DIALER"

i've just complet my W600i with XS++.....BUT:
after 1 minutes from FLASH command, windows show me new peripherical found and show me "how to open " panel...so i can navigate trought various file in the phone.
and thats'all....after some minutes nothing happen and i've stopping XS++.
switch on the phone , the same problem "configuration error" :confused:

you can try to installed the newest usbflash driver called ggsemc.dll or something. You can search this on the forum

Try XS++ 2.2. The older versions had problem with flashing W550. The W600 is very similar.

HI i'm new italian users.:p
My W600 was WSOD but with SEUS sony update i've fix it !!!!
Now phone start up and when select "start phone" display show the next error advice:
CONFIGURATION ERROR - CONTACT DIALER

what can i do ???
i've read about finalize it but i don't know how and where find the files !!!
HELP ME !!!:(

i hade the same problem with my phone.first i didn't put the finish file and when i started the phone it said: Configuration error.contact service provider.The second time i did that and it workes.I must say my firmware is generic.Now i'm trying to find the original firmware,i don't realy like this firmware.Good luck!

I flashed my W600i with setool2lite. XS++ (I think 2.0) did not work for me. It flashed Main without any problem, but it always stopped on I think 114 block in FS. So I switched to SEtool2lite and everything was perfect.

@gunhead: that's the procedure you had to go through before XS++ 2.2. The bug is fixed now.

with your patience i have fixed all my W600i WSOD problem....with SEUS i have fixed white display problem and with XS++2.2 i have fixed "configuration error" !!!!!

You must use customization pack according to your main and FS files.
Otherwise it wont work (as you may notice)

Hey I am trying this tutorial... but, I cannot upload the custpack correctly, The main ans FS are flashed without error. I am using the file W600_R7CA017_MAIN_NAM_1_RED49.mbn as Main and W600_R7CA017_FS_LAM_1_RED49.fbm as FS, and the dloaded custpack from here. Once the main an FS are done, the custpack flashing freezes at "Activating filesystem... " Please help... urgent!!!
