its a mms you should have proper settings in phone for downloading it so ask your operater to send you the mms settings

I fink it means that it's a Picture message.

U many need to set up a internet account on ur phone to access this feature when sum1 sends u a pic.

i had the same problem with my W800i, it kept saying 'failed', and that i wud have to create a browser account.
