Actually there should be no problem. I've done it with both Widcomm and BlueSoleil.
With BlueSoleil 2.3 make sure you start the Headset AG service, and make your PC discoverable. It also works the other way: use your bt headset with skype or something.

here comes the real power of linux and open source in hacking bluetooth
there is a tool called sdptool and sdpd in linux. it allows you to enquire for various services provided by your phone. even for my k510i there were aabout 6 services available on my phone. use this to check out. its a very powerful tool which shows more hidded handled, protocols all such kinds of gizmos

i am using the pc as headset for making calls... its windcomm software.... and calls can be made only through voice commands.......
