SEMC Tool 8.4 Free

hello..i have a w810i too..i started to unbrand the phone because off the telecom shit and everything went good..but now i need to unlock and change the Imei...i have only a dcu-60 cable but when i start semc 8.4 ...an error message opened...can't open com 1. I haven't got a dss-20/dss-25 station or anathor cable...which cable i can use to get it started?

You need a service-cable (Cruiser 5in1 or similar)!
IMEI change is impossible with USB-Smart.

Usually when a phone is turned into a brick it is not gone for good. It can be reflashed and fixed so dont give up trying. I tried to unlock my k750i with SEMC Tool 8.4 Free and it killed my phone i.e. it wouldnt turn on at all. I did manage to get it back working again. The main problem with SEMC Tool 8.4 Free is that on some CIDs like CID 49 it cannot recover phone after unlock so thats why the phones go dead. The trick arround this is to change the CDA version through xs++ so that SEUS can detect that the phone can be updated. Then SEUS can recover the phone after it is updated. Also, any unlocks i.e. SP area that were done when the phone went dead will still be active, so the phone is now unlocked. Problem solved

your phone is not dead write again a main supported by semctool (see the list) and retry, you can also just write the main and it will go again :p
