Flash firmware - upload the software i.e. main firmware (kind of operating system) to phone, which operates your phone. Whitout this your phone is just a brick :)
patch firmware - modify the operation of main firmware. Ex. white list to black list, move acoustic drivers to other, etc.

Stop trying to unlock your phones by patches. This is only a temporary method to nulock the phone. If you try to update later with SEUS the phone will be locked again.
If you really want to unlock it go to an authorized service.
REMEMBER: A PATCH IS JUST A PATCH!
Stop asking for files from download area! READ THE GOD DAMNED RULES GUYS!

thats true but really is a cheaper way than pay for a permanent unlock
really i dont have a problem with my z550 unlocked and about seus if you update with seus you have to think that there`s no new firmwares for db2010 and a db2020 for the moment is not free to apply a patch
maybe release a new bd2010 firmware but the patch is no hard to adapt

First you must update your main firmware to R4EA031 and then apply this patch(in attachment).

how do I use the .vkp file?
I created it with the give code, but then have no clue what to do with it?

you must use vkp files in SETool2Lite...
select vkp file in MISC, than select your phone type and press WRITE SCRIPT...
