Cracked key on my new W580

It's easy to replace the keypad.
1. take out the chin.
2. take out the gasket.
3. carefully take out the keypad, then replace it.

How to take the chin out? R u talking about the white part that sticks out with the microphone hole? I can feel it moving when I push it but don't dare to pry it out, afraid I might break something.

My left action and return key is broken too......there's a small support thing in the middle underneath the casing that keeps the keys from moving around too much and it broke. The keys are loose but they haven't dropped out yet. Whole phone seems to be falling apart and I've only been using it for 1 month+ and I'm very careful with the phone.......furious

buy new keys and assemble them yourself :) cheaper

If you have warranty then you dont have any problems! In service they will change it for free! Of course you must have warranty! :D
