Cracked key on my new W580

since it is only 2 days, better ask the seller for a new replacement
depending on where you bought it, some se dealers will exchange new phone for you if within 7 days of the date of purchase.
since i had so many things and changes on my phone and i didn't want to do everthing all over again, so, i just asked for keypad replacement!

geez a week 36 and still cracked keys. I have a W33 with no problem so far. I'm not a big text user or gamer but I have a bad habit of mashing the buttons I have no cracked keys yet and the don't seem to be overly fragile...

I was only gaming a bit but i didn't write msm-s. And i used opera mini a bit too. But 2 days 2 cracked keys:confused::confused::confused::mad: I 'll go to the shop today but they sad they take the phone to the wholesale trade and they examine, and aafter that, they give me new phone... not instantly.
