Cracked key on my new W580

I bought it two days ago and two key cracked. I took care to my phone. I didn't write SMS, only gaming a bit.

"4" and "6" key is cracked...

since it is only 2 days, better ask the seller for a new replacement
depending on where you bought it, some se dealers will exchange new phone for you if within 7 days of the date of purchase.
since i had so many things and changes on my phone and i didn't want to do everthing all over again, so, i just asked for keypad replacement!

geez a week 36 and still cracked keys. I have a W33 with no problem so far. I'm not a big text user or gamer but I have a bad habit of mashing the buttons I have no cracked keys yet and the don't seem to be overly fragile...

I was only gaming a bit but i didn't write msm-s. And i used opera mini a bit too. But 2 days 2 cracked keys:confused::confused::confused::mad: I 'll go to the shop today but they sad they take the phone to the wholesale trade and they examine, and aafter that, they give me new phone... not instantly.

I heard that all SE w580s made in 2008 have a new and improved keypad due to the old keypads cracking. I've heard from a bunch of people on other sites that they sent the phone back to sony and sony sent them a new one for free!

Mine's w44 and there's a hairline crack on key 2 after 3 weeks of usage. The key's functioning normally, and I can't feel the crack with my fingers, think it's just the paint cracking? What about other phones? Is it just the paint or the key itself cracking and are the cracked keys functioning properly?

Strange!! I am using my phone for two years now and everything is fine. The only problem is dust behind the display. Anyone know to clean it?
