Update phone by SEUS then flash with K810 firm (be careful if your phone is locked SEUS --> CID 52)

Or flashing with SETools and logs (without upgrading to CID 52!)

No , all K810 firmwares CID52.
Just update with SEUS to last version R1KG001 ( CID52 ) then you can convert K800 -> K810.

But i think CID 52 isn´t hack at time or iam wrong?

And please rember that you will be problems with your keypadlight when you flash your k800 with k810 firmware ;)

Use lighteffects finalisation. Google for it. So you don't get keypadlight problems.
