Master reset, need help as fast as possible

I really need help because I have a very big problem with my W800 :

I have done a master reste of the phone and now it is impossible to use it because at the boot screen, keys used to select are not available, in the walkman too, and at the shutdown, the walkman logo is displayed in a small area and not in all the screen.

This problem makes I can't use my phone and I need my phone ! Please help me to solve this problem as fast as possible !


I should have tried to reflash it but I can't acces downloads and I use Linux, using a virtual machine I may can flash my phone but it's not sure :(

yes try sonyericsson updater , it is good.

You shouldn't reflash it with software like XS++ or SE Tool lite. Your warranty will be void afterwards. Try SEUS, if that doesn't help take it to a service center and demand a repair.
