w810i customization error

hello everyone... i get "customization error.." when i turning on my phone.
I explain what i did.
1) with xs++ i flashed w810_p3k_dcu.49R.ssw
2)than with xs++ i flashed W810_R4ED001_FS_BALTIC_RED49.fbn
3)went to far manager and copied
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_1_R5A_GENERIC_BALTIC custpak into tpa/preset/custom/ directory.
4)and than i flashed main with xs++ (W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn)

*no errors during the flash

the customization was done wrong, you probably made a mistake somewhere, how did you copy the custom files? one at a time? or the archive? are you sure you copied them in the right folder, many people enter accidentaly into DRM folder, witch is located in Custom folder and copy there the custom files. check that you can see the custom files (8 or 9, anyway a few) and the drm folder toghether in custom folder.

there are 16 files. i'm just selected them and copied to custom directory (not in drm) but they automaticly moved to drm folder..is it normal?

delete drm folder, copy the files and recreate drm folder after, then flash main and turn on the phone, see what happens...
