k800i prob

hiya folks glad i found this place
im at my wits end and i hope someone can help or advise me.

i bought a k800i from my mates sister although it wasnt cheap(100 bloody quid)
she even showed me it working then i put my sim in.
but its asking for a phone lock code and the silly mair cant remember what it was (grrr)

where do i go from here
can i reset it to default ?

no need to flash get xs++ and u can click read user code or get setool2 lite press identify and look in the information box and it will show the user lock

Possible via full unlocking (log`s need) or patch (setool original).

non riesco a aggiornare il mio k800i casino royale. l'ho mandato in riparazione 4 volte e ora SE me lo dovrebbe camiare con un k800i..
ho provato a caricare dei firmware che ho trovato e almeno si accende, ma ho bisogno dell'europe 5, qualcuno me lo può passare?
