My Sony Ericsson w810i can't use MP3s as ringtones

I have hundreds of mp3s on my phone, and I'm unable to choose any of them as ringtones, yet everyone I've met with a w810i is able to use mp3s as ringtones.

I'm with Rogers. Is this some locking feature to get me to buy their ringtones? Is there a hack/fix?

rogers probably locked that option...as many other phones with brandind cant use mp3 as ringtone....
you must debrand your phone and then you will be able to use mp3 as ringtones...

yee i think it will help to,a friend of me hade a sony ericsson,i dont remember exacly what model it was,but it was z.. some thing and she still cant use mp3 files as ringtone,it sux :S
