wait i have the menu.ml but still after i re-flashed it with
W580_R6BC002_FS_TAIWAN_RED52.fbn
W580_R6BC002_MAIN_TAIWAN_LA_RED52.mbn
it still gave the the error and now i can even use my phone

if you flashed you fs you don't have flash menus anymore in your phone. try with an original theme if everything works then try to put new flash menus in it.
