    well the main differences and advantages are that w610 has walkman 2 (megabass) and flashlite support (flash menus) and the sound is much better...
    i heard there only one bug when flashing to w610 and it is that lens cover is not working so you must open camera by pressing camera button or from menu..

    to convert it you need MAIN firmware and FS from w610 and customization files which can be found here in download area or just use google...
