SE Tool lite is not able to unlock. SEMCtool 8.4 should do the job. I never unlocked a CID 36 phone with it.
You can use Sonics or SE Tool 2 cracked to unlock your phone, too.
Backup your GDFS before you try to unlock it! And if you use SEMCtool, make sure that you've got a supported firmware installed.
