    you need a programm like XS++ or Setool to show the information of the phone. Than when you know the CID and some other things you can flash it with the firmware with the same CID and the same phone.

    PS. which phone do you have?

    Why would you want to do that? XS++ can flash .bin as good as it can flash .fbn or .mbn

    Use the one for your region. For example, I'm from Europe, so I always use Main_EU_x where "x" is any number. Remember to always choose MAIN that is compatible with your FS.
