i've bought one credit from wotan and i'm about to upgrade my CID from 49 to 52.
However, when i connected my phone to wotan client and until the "FINISH OK" appeared, it did not undergo any upgrading process (i reconnect my phone and it shows EROM CID: 49) but my credit is gone :(
can i get it back from wotan? anyone experience this before?

from my experience of what I done before, if you can get enough proof, I think you can email them back ie support >> submit ticket
If not, its just 7eur.

Why don't you use SEUS it has to upgrade your CID.
