I'm currently flashed my w810i, the desktop(menu) had successfully flashed. But I am facing a problem is the standby screen is black which is mean that it doesn't display the animation. What will cause this problem?

I don't understand your problem, when it's black, when you enter the menu or after exiting the menu on the screen when your service provider is shown? please post a picture of your problem if you can.

maybe you should put the patch which aloows animated screen (flash files support vkp patch)
