you need to debrand the phone from the cell company first then you will be able to put flash menus on the phone, you can get the new firmware here

you can find the new firmware here but remember to back up your phone before you do anything also I would d/l the firmware you are using now just incase something goes wrong so you can reflash it to how it was, because your cell company will not validate your warranty if you flash it your self.
