Extract files from FS

Good method. I have cid52 and work with files correctly. Copy, replace and save files from/to my phone through default_upgrade.xml (power on\power off)
but need all way to files in the phone. Who is know there mobile saved phone book and registry file?

i have cid 49 and the default_upgrade.xml does not work. can you give me a little info how to copy files from phone file system.
