i have downloaded ALL the files needed for the K310 to w200 setup

i tried to unlock my cellphone from "sun cellular" Philippine provider and followed the nessesary steps BUT only to find out that im missing one file. . .
end senario my cellphone wont open i tried to remove my battery than fired up my cell and "contact service provider" is the only thing i can see. . . . i think i messed up my cellphone
so can i ask . . . if i have already downloaded ALL fille here can i still fix my k310i by using this method?

im back again . . .i have managed to patch everything but i got this "Configuration error. please contact your service provider or service center"
what should i do? can any one help me?
