"DB2020 procedure:
(Not mandatory, but necessary to service the phone through SERVER)

UNCHECK "USE SERVER"
first, be sure your phone is cid49. (press identify and read "flash cid:49")
if not, go to "Empty Fill" tab, select CID49, press recovery - phone will be brown cid49
next, convert phone to red.
switch to SEMC tab, select correct model and select correct conversion EROM
(example - phone is k610, conversion EROM is eroms\k610_erom_cnv_brown2red.cry )
press flash.
your phone is RED and ready to flash using credits system.

It has been confirmed that the K610 conversion EROM works for the Z610 as well. It might also work for the W850/W710."
