find them in the download area or just read around and you will find links to those tools
before unlocking, read around about k750i unlocking. you might need to flash main before unlocking !!!

of course they work, but not with dcu60 cable
you need service cable
use setool old for cid36
use usbsmart 8.4 for cid49 but first flash a supported cxc main, then read all codes, then flash back original main

Not without paying for it I think. If you want to unlock it with free software you'll need a service cable.

setool2 is pretty stable well in my opinion more stable than 8.4

no it does not. unless not without tp.
so trust me, for cid 49 usbsmart is the best free tool
but REMEMBER you have to flash a supported MAIN before unlocking
