easy guide for flashing by xs++

This may have been answered already but I cant find it anywhere so...Will flashing the phone also unlock it from the network?

It was answered many times, but you mixing two different things here:
1. Unlocking - removing simlock to specific mobile network, the answer is no, it won't.
2. Debranding - removing branded to nework settings in the phone - yes it will.
Debrand - yes, unlock - no.
