I´ve edited values in customize.xml, cause I didn´t find customize.xml, for cent_europe, so I must change some values and it works...I changed cda number, pcr revision, model, country, operator, language variant name and languages...

I did the same with a Cent_Europe custpack, edited it to fit S_E_Europe and it works just fine. I believe the most important thing is the CDA number, you have to enter a valid one, else you get a configuration error.
