What/How to flash

Hi to all. I have a k750i cid 36 brown.
I wanted to flash it to w800i.

What firmware versions should I use?

I do have FAR, k750i flasher 13.7 and phone xs++

I also have w810i which i have already managed to customize/add flash menus/acoustic and cam drivers etc. using PHONE Xs++ and FAR

but k750i to w800i flashing, NO LUCK.(afraid though)

Can anybody give me even just a brief summary how to? and what specific firmwares/custom packs should I used.

I remember I tried flashing my k750i through the 13.7 flasher but showed an error. Right there and then I was afraid of trying it again because it might kill my phone.

I know I may be stupid asking such question. But I was already confused of so many tutorials here and across the web on how to and I don't know which one should follow.

As I have said, I already have some ideas because I already customize/flash my w810i several time using phone xs++ and FAR.

semi-LAstly, I noticed that there are different firmware extensions.
.MBN, .FBN, .BIN

I know that MBN and FBN are Main and FS Files for PHONE XS++

while .BIN is the flash file for the 13.7 flasher. However, Can I CONVERT .Bin to MBN or FBN or vice versa? what tool should I use.

And now lastly, How do I back up my existing firmware from my phone? Just in case everything will go wrong at least I have the back to restore.

First you must convert your phone to RED, becouse without this you cannot flash it. Then you can use GFlash to flash your CID36 K750 to W800.

ERM... and what is when u want to debrand ur Mobile Phone is it the same????.... Any body says to "debrand" -> Flashing .... But i dont want to Flash it to an another Mobile... I only want to debrant it...

Why u want to Flash ur Mobilephone???? You need the Firmware of an 800i... Backup the files first before u flash ur phone... then Start xs++ and "update" / flash ur Mobilephone... Or u update ur Phone with Sonyerricson Update service... There u can get the information about ur phone, that u can be sure to do no error!!!

But debranding is flashing :P Use XS++ and flash it with clear firwmare (without of operator gifts ;) )

so I need to flash the EROM? what's the safest way?
through GFlash Repair Tab or Thru FAR?

I'm afraid I might brick my phone If I do so. I dnt have service cable if such will happen.

so after I flash my erom(convert brown to red) is it ok if Ill stay with my current firmwares(k750i)? or I should flash it with a red firmware?
