I agree, but I haven't know S500 can be flashed into W580 yet before you post it. Of course the design of S500 is same with W580.

Yes s500i can use flash menus, infact s500i comes with 2 very good looking flash themes that changes color by time/day/season.

S500i is good, but the keypad is broken easily and difficult to repair so you must take care about that
