k800 help. please read my tale of woe

basically i need your help

since i have had this k800i the camera has never worked, i was really gutted becuase the camera is amazing. all it does is the picture apears really distorted and slow, when you take the picture it doesnt save it just goes back to the home screen. any ideas/

next problem

my phone has worked with everything but the camera for like 6 months now but today i went to switch it on and it didnt power up, but the infared is flashing. also i cant get my comp to pick the flash up anymore, so basically i have a brick. does anyone know how to fix it? im sorry if this question has been asked before but im in dire need of help

what version of firmware do u have?...

i cant remember, and i cant check

i used sues and it put me to CID52 so i couldnt change it so the latest seus firmware for the k800i unbranded in the uk

download Xs++ 3.1 and when the program starts click connect reinstall ur batt and press C while connecting the usb to ur phone it will show u ur firmware version u can search the same one or u can update to R1KG001 this firmware is bug free if u want more information for flashing cell serach the forum.....

and for cam man im also having prob from a month my cell hangs in any cam option im unable to fix this prob and searching the forums for cam fix but ur prob of cam will also be fixed by the above method...

how you "can't check"? Just look at the Service Menu.

you erom is dead, theres loads of ways to fix it see here

also when you repaired your erom, try a update with seus it should fix your camera problem.
