It's impossible to unlock phones by IMEI.
Only operators can do it but you will be charged for the operation.

But i ve hard there are some codes depending on IMEI that unlock the phone

I think only Nokia phones can be unlocked by IMEI, and only the older ones...

Not Nokia, Siemens also can be unlocked by imei, but not Sony Ericsson
